What is Bonded Leather?

Bonded leather is a luxurious material that is extremely soft. Our bonded leather is water impermeable, regulates well in the heat and is stain resistant. The top surface of our mats is made with a synthetic layer of polyurethane. This allows for it to wipe clean easily and maintain high resistance to stains. The backside is a soft suede leather. Our bonded leather contains 72% faux-leather and 28% natural leather fibers.

What is on the underside of the mat?
The bottom side of the mat is made of a soft, suede leather.

How do I clean the mat?
Spot treat on the top and bottom sides of the mat. Using a paper towel, cleaning wipe, or wet rag, clean off area until the mess is gone.

Can I wash the mat?
Do not machine wash. Follow the directions above to spot clean.

Is there a way to get the wrinkles out?
Yes. Lay the mat out flat in the sun for an hour or so. Steaming the underside of the mat also works wonders. Do not iron.

Is there anything I shouldn’t use on my mat?
Avoid acrylic paints. Take care that you do not use markers or ball point pens directly on the mat. And be mindful with scissors and other sharp object as they may cut the mat. Avoid using watercolors on printed mats as they are more sensitive to them. Some sunscreens can also stain the mat, particularly mineral sunscreen.

Are the mats safe for my children?
Yes. All mats are California Prop 65 compliant and contain no lead or harmful chemicals.

Can I stack two discount codes at the same when making a purchase?
No. Our site does not allow for two codes to be used together at the same time for a purchase. We recommend that you choose the code that saves you the most money on your purchase.

How soon will my order ship out?
All in-stock orders ship within 48 hours on normal business days. If your items are pre-order items it will be clearly stated at the top of the product listing. Because orders are processed so quickly we are unable to edit, add to, or change orders once they are placed. Please double check your shipping address and cart contents before checking out.

How long does normal shipping take before it will arrive? 
On average, all domestic orders arrive in 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped from Utah, so if you are more than 1,000 miles away from Utah your order will most likely take 3-5 business days.

Can I expedite shipping on my order?
Yes, please text us at 801-438-7850 or send us a facebook message for immediate help between 9 AM and 5 PM MDT. If you need help after these hours you will receive a response early on the following business day. 

Do I have the option of an exchange instead of a return?
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

What happens if I receive a damaged item?
That’s no good! Please contact us immediately as all damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

What happens if I put in the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately upon receiving your order confirmation is something is amiss with your address. Orders that are sent back to us because of an invalid address will be processed as returns.

We also remind you to use caution on the mats, as we cannot be held responsible for damage done after the mat has been used.

If I just ordered something and the price is now lower can I get a price match?
No, not at this time. During seasonal sales we do not offer price exceptions. We will continue this policy again after the sales are over.

While we take every precaution to ensure that your mat arrives in perfect condition, please understand that some natural variances in color or texture are normal. Although our products are stain and water resistant, they are not stain or water proof and should not be submerged (such as in a washing machine) and caution should be used when using pigmented items on your mat. We are not responsible for any stains, marks, or discoloring that occurs after the product is used.

Returns + Exchanges: 
Returns and Exchanges can be processed by following the link HERE. We happily accept unused mats in their original packaging. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out with any questions. Once the product has been received and inspected at our facility we will process the refund." Refunds can only be credited to your original form of payment or a gift card. If the product was a gift, your credit will be issued as a Gathre eGift Card. Your account will be credited within 7 business days and, if you’ve ordered an exchange, your account will be charged for the difference of the new item. Shipping charges are never included in a refund. Although we do pay to have returns shipped back to us, customers will be charged a $5.95 restocking fee for all returns, this will be taken from your original form of payment. International orders, warehouse orders, sale items, and orders made with merchandise credit cannot be returned. 

Regarding exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping fee's on your exchanged item and any difference in pricing will be charged to your original form of payment. Your exchange will be processed electronically once your original item has arrived at our warehouse.

Want to check the status of your order? Just check the email sent to you from when your order has been processed, and click the tracking link. If you cannot find that email we can help you track your package. Please send us an email at with the subject line: "order #[insert order number] tracking."

Please make sure your color selection, size and shipping address are correct before you purchase. Once orders are placed we cannot change them. We are not responsible for orders delivered to a wrong address. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items the order will not be shipped until the pre-order items are ready to ship (estimated ship dates on pre-order items are kept up-to-date on product listings). If you'd like us to split your order and ship in stock items we can do so at your expense. Please contact us at with your request to split your shipment. We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address. Shipping cost varies by weight and destination.

For purchases made in Utah we collect sales tax.


For orders shipped to anywhere outside the United States, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.

Solid Colors:

Clean the mat promptly after use with wet rag and soapy water.

Avoid acrylic paints, markers, and pens and scissors.

Do not machine wash or iron.

Place in warm sun for an hour or so to remove wrinkles.

Air out to dry before folding to store.

The designed mats in this collection are digitally printed on the leather, so additional caution is recommended when folding and cleaning.
