Exchanges + Returns

While we take every precaution to ensure that your mat arrives in perfect condition, please understand that some natural variances in color or texture are normal. Although our products are stain and water resistant, they are not stain or waterproof and should not be submerged (such as in a washing machine) and caution should be used when using pigmented items on your mat. We are not responsible for any stains, marks, or discoloration that occurs after the product is used.

Returns + Exchanges:

Please visit our returns portal HERE if you'd like to create a return or exchange. We happily accept unused mats in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out with any questions.

We do accept Gift Returns through our return portal - just make sure to select the "Click Here" button at the very beginning. If not selected, the return will not be processed as a gift and the original sender will be notified. A great way to ensure that you processed it correctly will be if you are asked to enter your name, email, and address early on in the process. Please also note that we only offer store credit or exchanges for gift returns. We cannot refund you directly. 

If an item is returned that does not follow our return guidelines, such as, missing boxes, damaged, or used we reserve the right to not offer a full refund. Refunds can only be credited to your original form of payment or a gift card. If the product was a gift, your credit will be issued as a Gathre eGift Card. Your account will be credited within 7 business days and, if you’ve ordered an exchange, your account will be charged for the difference of the new item. Shipping charges are never included in a refund. Although we do pay to have returns shipped back to us, customers will be charged a $5.95 restocking fee for all returns, this will be taken from your original form of payment.

Floor cushions and Padded Mats cannot be shipped internationally. In the case that the floor cushion needs to be returned all return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer due to the oversized nature of the product.

International orders, warehouse orders, sale items, and orders made with merchandise credit are final sale and cannot be returned.


Regarding exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping fees on your exchanged item and any difference in pricing will be charged to your original form of payment. Your exchange will be processed electronically once your original item has arrived at our warehouse.
