What does a lifetime warranty cover?
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, as long as it is owned by the original purchaser. Examples of covered issues include:
· Broken zippers
· Torn handles
· Ripped seams
· Other manufacturing errors that occur during regular, intended use
What doesn’t the warranty cover?
· Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper care (e.g., exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme conditions).
· Wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, fading, or scuffing.
· Damage caused by accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
· Products used for commercial purposes or beyond their intended use.
· Issues not related to original manufacturing defects.
· Products purchased from third-party retailers or resellers.
What is the claim process?
To submit a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and details of the issue, including photos if applicable. Products may need to be returned for inspection. We reserve the right to determine if the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
Shipping Terms for Replacements
If a replacement is provided:
· We ask that customers pay the shipping cost for the replacement product. Please note that International customers will also be subject to any customs/duties upon arrival of the order.
Limitations
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from www.gathre.com and is non-transferable to subsequent owners. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
