Yeah, you read that right. Lifetime! We expect a lot from our products and you can too, which is why if anything goes wrong with the workmanship of the product we'll help make it right.
2- 60 day returns
Good things take time, and testing out a new product is no exception. We're extending our return window to allow you a bit more space to try things on for a bit.
3- Free shipping on orders over $175 *exclusions apply
No one likes paying shipping, and believe us, we're working to eliminate that where possible. Most of our recent launches include free shipping, so this is a direction we're moving toward.

What does a lifetime warranty cover?
Our products should last a lifetime. So any product issues related to manufacturing defects are covered by our updated warranty. This includes things like broken zippers, torn handles, ripped seams, and other manufacturing errors that arise during regular day to day use. This warranty covers items purchased directly through our site. *Please note that if a replacement is provided by us we can only cover the shipping fee for items within the 48 contiguous states. If outside of the 48 contiguous states we will kindly ask that you cover the shipping fee on the replaced item.
