SHIPPING & HANDLING

All in-stock orders ship in 5 - 7 business days (this does not include high volume times and is subject to change), so we cannot edit, add to, or change orders once they are placed. Please double check your shipping address and cart contents before ordering. Shipping charges are per address.

ORDER TRACKING

Want to check the status of your order? Just check the email sent to you from hello@gathre.com when your order has been processed, and click the tracking link or check it here. If you cannot find that email we can help you track your package. Please send us an email at hello@gathre.com with the subject line: "order #[insert order number] tracking."

Register with gathre.com and you can track your package by logging in.

SHIPPING

Please make sure your color selection, size and shipping address are correct before you purchase. Once orders are placed we cannot change them. We are not responsible for orders delivered to a wrong address. We are not responsible for packages once they have left our warehouse and are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Any orders that are marked as “Return to Sender” will be treated as a return and a refund will be issued as soon as it is processed. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items the order will not be shipped until the pre-order items are ready to ship (estimated ship dates on pre-order items are kept up-to-date on product listings). If you'd like us to split your order and ship in stock items we can do so at your expense. Please contact us at hello@gathre.com with your request to split your shipment. UNITED STATES

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address. Shipping cost varies by weight and destination.

Shipping times vary based on the size + weight of the item(s) you have purchased, the time of year, as well as the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders are shipped from Utah, so if you are more than 1,000 miles away from Utah your order will most likely take 3-5 business days.

SALES TAX

We collect sales tax for purchases made in the following states:

Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

INTERNATIONAL

For orders shipped to anywhere outside the United States, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable at checkout.

International orders once fulfilled take on average 3-8 weeks to arrive at their destination. APC orders may take 8-10 weeks to arrive to their destination. 

If you reside outside of the US and interested in an item that that says “This item does not qualify for free shipping” in the product listing, please email hello@gathre.com with the item you’re interested in as well as your shipping address and our team can provide you with a shipping quote.

Currently we are only shipping to the following countries:

Australia, Canada, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and numerous European countries.
