While we take every precaution to ensure that your mat arrives in perfect condition, please understand that some natural variances in color or texture occur due to the nature of the product, for which we are not responsible. Disclaimer: While our mats wipe clean easily, we make no guarantees and are not responsible for any stains, marks, or discoloring that occurs after the product is used. Additionally, for all TAZA collection products, the digital print on the product may not be flawless due to the variances in the printing process; however, we do screen each product to allow only minor variances to pass through our final quality inspections. Due to the manufacturing process, the size of your mat be up to five percent smaller or larger than sizing listed on the site in the product description.
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
All Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date. All items must be returned to us in their original and unused condition with original packaging. If you would like to schedule a return, please email email@example.com within 14 days of original delivery date to arrange return. Once the product has been received and inspected into our distribution facility then we will issue a refund less shipping charges. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
International orders and items purchased with merchandise credit are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for refund.
