Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm MST through Sunday, or holidays.

  • For custom or large volume wholesale orders, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. 

  • Padded mats, Tumbling mats, Floor Cushions, Poufs and  Loungers are made to order in our warehouse.  Please note an additional 2-3 business days is required for processing orders that include these items. 

  • Please note that during peak holiday season (Nov 1.- Dec 31) processing and shipping times may be extended.  Please order early in the season to avoid holiday delays. 

 

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • We offer free shipping during select promotional times. Exclusions apply*

  • Orders are shipped via UPS ground or FedEx ground for all small parcel shipments.

  • Due to the volume and size of our products some orders may need to ship LTL.

  • LTL Shipments

    • A quote will be provided before shipment

    • A BOL will be provided with tracking information

    • Retailers are responsible for any additional shipping fees including

      • Liftgate fee

      • Storage fee 

      • Address change

      • Delivery area surcharge

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • International orders: Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility. 

  • The following items are excluded from free shipping:

    • Arc Playset

    • Block Playset

    • Tumbling Mat

    • Lounger

    • Poufs

    • Floor Cushions

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order is damaged or missing items, please notate this on the receiving paperwork upon delivery.

  • Notify us within 48hrs of delivery with images of the damage to initiate a claim.

  • Refused shipments will not receive a refund. 

 

Tracking Information

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped

 

International Shipments

  • Retailers are responsible for arranging all shipments. 

  • Please advise us of the required documentations immediately upon placing your order.  

  • Gathre is not responsible for any orders lost or damaged during international transit.
