Shipping Protection is provided by a 3rd party company that is offered to all of our customers at a low cost. It covers replacement of lost or stolen orders since we as a company are not responsible for items once they leave our warehouse. Every customer has the opportunity to add it to their order in the checkout process, but we completely understand if it was missed and want to do what we can to help.
Here is some additional information about the shipping protection we offer:
-Shipping Protection and original shipping is non-refundable once the package ships. -Replacement is for a refund of the item(s) lost OR the same item(s) (if in stock) or an item of equal value.
