You must have a reservation ticket for entry.

Please arrive 5 min ahead of your scheduled reservation time.

Reservation tickets are for one person per entry.

For the safety of all involved, there will be no children allowed in the warehouse.

No bags, backpacks, or large purses (empty bags to shop with will be provided).

Credit Card and Cash payments are accepted (no Gathre Gift Cards).

No returns + exchanges. All sales are final.
