Please contact Customer Service at hello@gathre.com with subject line "ORDER CANCELLATION" and include your order #. We'll do our best to process cancellation requests promptly, however due to high volume, please understand it is possible that a cancellation request may not be processed before the order ships.

Birthday Week Sale orders will ship in the order in which they were placed. Please allow 7 total days from the order date for your order to ship, and 14 total days for Padded Mats, Loungers, Floor Cushions, Poufs, and Tumbling Mats to ship. Products that are a preorder will be shipped within the preorder window indicated on the website.

Orders will be fulfilled as inventory is available. If an order contains products that are in stock as well as products that are preorder, that order will be split-shipped.

Yes, if you prefer, you may opt for Local Pickup if you live local to Lindon, Utah. However, please note that due to high order volume, there will likely be up to a week delay from when your order is fulfilled and when you can come pick up your order. Once your order is fulfilled please email hello@gathre.com to schedule a time to pick up your order.
