WHAT IS THE DISCOUNT, AND WHAT CODE DO I USE TO CHECK OUT?

Free Gathre sweatshirt with purchases $175+ *while supplies last. The sweatshirt will not be automatically added to your cart until you have selected your size. Make sure to select your size from the pop up that will show up at checkout once you have $175+ worth of product and add it to your cart.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER SPECIAL DISCOUNTS OR PROMOTIONS DURING CAW?

ARE ANY PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE CAW PROMOTION?

CAN I COMBINE THE MEMORIAL DAY SALE DISCOUNT CODE WITH OTHER PROMOTION CODES?

There will not be a discount code this time. If you have a discount code, you may use it, but the $175+ for the free sweatshirt will only apply to $175+ after discount.

WILL YOU BE DOING PRICE MATCHING?

As there will be no discount code this time there will be no need to price match.

WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING?

All inventory will be live by 6/15. Products will not be restocking, but select products may be re-listed for preorder upon selling out.

Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE CAW PROMOTION?

All CAW purchases are subject to our regular return policy. Sweatshirts are non-returnable or exchangeable. Make sure to choose your size accordingly. Additionally, orders may be canceled until they are fulfilled. Please contact Customer Service at hello@gathre.com with subject line "ORDER CANCELLATION" and include your order #. We'll do our best to process cancellation requests promptly, however due to high volume, please understand it is possible that a cancellation request may not be processed before the order ships.

**We will not be able to make changes (this includes shipping addresses) once an item has been fulfilled. Please be sure to triple check that all information is correct before placing your order.**

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We cannot edit your order once it has been placed.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY MEMORIAL DAY SALE ORDER TO SHIP?

CAW orders will ship in the order in which they were placed. Please allow 7 total days from the order date for your order to ship, and 14 total days for Padded Mats, Loungers, Floor Cushions, Poufs, and Tumbling Mats to ship. Products that are a preorder will be shipped within the preorder window indicated on the website.

**Please note that if there is a higher than anticipated influx of orders, these dates may be subject to change. We will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER AN IN STOCK PRODUCT AS WELL AS A PRE-ORDER PRODUCT?

Orders will be fulfilled as inventory is available. If an order contains products that are in stock as well as products that are preorder, that order will be split-shipped.

CAN I SHIP ONE ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.

CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ORDERS?

We cannot combine shipping on multiple orders.

CAN I SELECT LOCAL PICKUP AS THE SHIPPING OPTION DURING THE SALE?

Yes, if you prefer, you may opt for Local Pickup if you live local to Lindon, Utah. However, please note that due to high order volume, there will likely be up to a week delay from when your order is fulfilled and when you can come pick up your order. Once your order is fulfilled please email hello@gathre.com to schedule a time to pick up your order. *Appointments are required to pick up your order.

IS FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE DURING CAW?

All orders over $200 after discount will qualify for free shipping.

Yes! A free Gathre Sweatshirt with purchases $175+ *while supplies last. Please note that we are unable to return or exchange the sweatshirts. Once we are out of inventory they will no longer be available. Please select sizes accordingly.
