re:do Returns & Exchanges

We're excited to introduce our new unlimited returns & exchanges powered by re:do. This optional add-on allows you to enjoy worry-free shopping by providing a hassle-free way to exchange items or request returns.

 

How does it work?

When you are finalizing your order on www.gathre.com, you'll see an option to add our re:do returns to your purchase. This is a one-time fee applied per order, and it gives you peace of mind for that particular purchase. 

Once you opt into this service, you'll be entitled to unlimited returns and exchanges on the items from your order. This means if you aren't completely satisfied with an item from your order, you can send it back to us for a return or exchange without worrying about additional costs. Whether it's the wrong size, color, or simply not what you expected, we've got you covered. Please note, that we are not able to retroactively add re:do once the order has been processed.

 

Who covers the postage for the returns/exchanges?

If you've opted into re:do, you don't need to worry about the cost of return postage. If you decide to return or exchange an item, re:do will provide a prepaid postage label for you to print and attach to your return package. This way, you can focus on finding the perfect items, knowing we've got the rest sorted.

 

Are there any conditions or exclusions?

All items returned must be in their original condition and unused. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item shows signs of use or is damaged.

Please note that this service is available for each individual order and must be selected at the time of purchase. The re:do fee is non-refundable once your order has been shipped. We are not able to retroactively add re:do once the order has been processed.

 

How long is this service valid?

The re:do is valid for 60 days from the date of your order. This gives you ample time to decide if your purchases are right for you.

 

Is re:do available internationally?

Yes, our returns and exchange service is available for both domestic and international customers. However, please note that for international returns, customers may still be responsible for any customs charges or duties.
