The Black Friday Stacked Savings Sale starts 11/21 at 10 AM MT and ends 11/27 at 3:59 PM MT.

WILL THERE BE EARLY ACCESS?

No!

WHAT IS THE DISCOUNT, AND WHAT CODE DO I USE TO CHECK OUT?

The sale will be a stack savings discount based off the amount you spend, that is automatically applied at checkout for the following:

Spend $250 get $50 off

Spend $400 get $100 off

Spend $500 get $150 off

ARE THERE ANY OTHER SPECIAL DISCOUNTS OR PROMOTIONS DURING THE SALE?

No!

ARE ANY PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE BF STACKED SAVINGS SALE PROMOTIONS?

Yes, our new Basketball Hoop is excluded from the sale.

CAN I COMBINE THE BF STACKED SAVINGS SALE DISCOUNT CODES WITH OTHER PROMOTION CODES?

As always, discount codes cannot be stacked.

WILL YOU BE DOING PRICE MATCHING?

Price matching will not be allowed during the BF Stacked Savings Sale, and we do not offer price matching or price adjustments to orders placed before or after the sale.

WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING?

All inventory will be live by 11/21. Products will not be restocking, but select products may be re-listed for preorder upon selling out.

Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE BF STACKED SAVINGS SALE?

All BF Stacked Savings Sale purchases are subject to our regular return policy. Additionally, orders may be canceled until they are fulfilled. Please contact Customer Service at hello@gathre.com with subject line "ORDER CANCELLATION" and include your order #. We'll do our best to process cancellation requests promptly, however due to high volume, please understand it is possible that a cancellation request may not be processed before the order ships. 

**We will not be able to make changes (this includes shipping addresses) once an item has been fulfilled. Please be sure to triple check that all information is correct before placing your order.**

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We cannot edit your order once it has been placed.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY BF STACKED SAVINGS SALE ORDER TO SHIP?

BF Stacked Savings orders will ship in the order in which they were placed. Please allow 7 total days from the order date for your order to ship, and 14 total days for Padded Mats, Loungers, Floor Cushions, Poufs, and Tumbling Mats to ship. Products that are a preorder will be shipped within the preorder window indicated on the website.

**Please note that if there is a higher than anticipated influx of orders, these dates may be subject to change. We will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER AN IN STOCK PRODUCT AS WELL AS A PRE-ORDER PRODUCT?

Orders will be fulfilled as inventory is available. If an order contains products that are in stock as well as products that are preorder, that order will be split-shipped.

CAN I SHIP ONE ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.

CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ORDERS?

We cannot combine shipping on multiple orders.

CAN I SELECT LOCAL PICKUP AS THE SHIPPING OPTION DURING THE BF STACKED SAVINGS SALE?

Yes, if you prefer, you may opt for Local Pickup if you live local to Lindon, Utah. However, please note that due to high order volume, there will likely be up to a week delay from when your order is fulfilled and when you can come pick up your order. Once your order is fulfilled please email hello@gathre.com to schedule a time to pick up your order. *Appointments are required to pick up your order.

IS FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE DURING THE BF STACKED SAVINGS SALE?

All orders over $200 after discount and within the 48 contiguous states will qualify for free shipping.
