WHEN DOES GATHRE'S BLACK FRIDAY SALE START AND END?

The Black Friday Sale starts 11/12 at 10am MT, and ends 11/19 at 11:59 pm MT for the public. *The sale will start earlier (11/8 at 10am MST) for newsletter, SMS, and Gathred Facebook group members.

WILL THERE BE EARLY ACCESS?

Yes! Join our newsletter, SMS, and Gathred Facebook group for early access starting 11/8 at 10am MST.

WHAT IS THE DISCOUNT, AND WHAT CODE DO I USE TO CHECK OUT?

25% off sitewide / 30% off $500+ / 35% off $1000+. Codes will automatically apply at checkout.

**Early access codes will need to be entered manually.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER SPECIAL DISCOUNTS OR PROMOTIONS DURING THE SALE?

There will be an extra surprise markdown in the Sale Section on the last day of the sale 11/19.

ARE ANY PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE PROMOTION?

The Black Friday Sale promotions will apply to all products live on gathre.com 11/8 - 11/19. Gift Cards and Label List Items are not eligible for promotions and will be hidden during the sale. Bundles will be included, but will only be eligible for the Black Friday Sale discounts (the additional standard 15% off will be removed during the sale).

CAN I COMBINE THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE DISCOUNT CODE WITH OTHER PROMOTION CODES?

No, discount codes cannot be stacked - one code per order!

WILL YOU BE DOING PRICE MATCHING?

Price matching will not be allowed during the Black Friday Sale, and we do not offer price matching or price adjustments to orders placed before or after the sale.

WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING?

 All inventory will be live by 11/8. Products will not be restocking, but select products may be re-listed for preorder upon selling out.

Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

Orders may be canceled until they are fulfilled. Please contact Customer Service at hello@gathre.com with subject line “ORDER CANCELLATION” and include your order #. We’ll do our best to process cancellation requests promptly, however due to high volume, please understand it is possible that a cancellation request may not be processed before the order ships.

**We will not be able to make changes (this includes shipping addresses) once an item has been fulfilled. Please be sure to triple check that all information is correct before placing your order.**

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We cannot edit your order once it has been placed.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY BLACK FRIDAY SALE ORDER TO SHIP?

Black Friday Sale orders will ship in the order in which they were placed. Please allow 7 total days from the order date for your order to ship, and 14 total days for filled items (Loungers, Floor Cushions, Poufs, Tumbling Mat, and Padded Mats) to ship. Products that are preorder will be shipped within the preorder window indicated on the website. **Please note that if there is a higher than anticipated influx of orders these dates may be subject to change, we will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER AN IN STOCK PRODUCT AS WELL AS A PRE-ORDER PRODUCT?

Orders will be fulfilled as inventory is available. If an order contains products that are in stock as well as products that are preorder, that order will be split-shipped.

CAN I SHIP ONE ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.

CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ORDERS?

We cannot combine shipping on multiple orders.

CAN I SELECT LOCAL PICKUP AS THE SHIPPING OPTION DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

Yes, if you prefer, you may opt for Local Pickup instead of Free Shipping. However, please note that due to high order volume, there may be a delay in scheduling a pick-up time for your order.

IS FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

All orders above $175 will qualify for free shipping, unless it includes select excluded items (Block and Arc Playsets, Floor Cushions, Mini Floor Cushions, Poufs, Padded Micro+, Padded Mini, Padded Midi Circle, Padded Midi+, Small Caddy and Large Caddy, Tumbling Mats, Loungers, Home Mats, Cubes, Pinboards, Balance Beams). To confirm if an item is excluded from free shipping, please refer to the shipping details on the product page.

ARE THERE ANY PERKS FOR LOYALTY MEMBERS?

Yes, GOLD Loyalty Members will receive double points during early access on 11/8.

WILL THERE BE ANY GWP'S (GIFT WITH PURCHASE)?
