Gathre is looking for someone proficient in customer support who can attend to our customer team needs. Working with people is your jam. You love to make someone else's day and can stay level headed when others aren't. You'll work closely with our support team to deliver timely responses to our customers via email, phone, text, and social platforms. You will be constantly looking to leave the customer better. You are willing to jump in and try new things. You're a finisher and get things done. You like to have fun and believe in doing good. Gathre is a small brand with big goals. We have a tight knit culture with opportunities for growth and are looking for someone awesome to add to our team.This position is full time (40 hours) and located in our office in Lindon, UT.Day to Day
- Respond to customer emails
- Take customer phone calls
- Respond to text messages
- Handle refunds and returns
- Publish customer reviews
- Oversee order updates and changes
- Assist in other brand tasks as needed
- Engage with customers in a timely, professional manner
- Correlate closely with other team members
Requirements
- Some college, college degree, or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous experience in customer support
- Distinct attention to detail in efficient timelines
- Strong follow through with proven ability to do so in past work
- An understanding the day is not done until the job is completed
