Grand daughter loves it
Beautiful!
I’m a sucker for a beautiful neutral color palette- and this trampoline doesn’t disappoint! My kids play with this daily! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s suuuper wobbly/unsupportive of a toddler weight if they jump too hard. I told my older kids (ages 5 and 8) that they’re too big to jump on there… but my two year old boy, who’s small for his age, constantly almost tips it over when he’s jumping. Granted, he gets pretty enthusiastic when he gets going, but I still feel like it should be heavier to counteract the weight of a jumping toddler.

Great trampoline but awful wait times to receive
I ordered this trampoline for my son at Christmas time and just now received it in May. It basically kept getting pushed back. The trampoline, however, is great quality, just be prepared to wait a long time for it.
Came without parts
This trampoline is so cute and I was so excited to give it to my daughter for her birthday. However, upon opening the package, I realized there were no screws or pieces to finishing putting the trampoline together. I reach out to customer service right away. They say they would "be happy to send me the parts" if I would like. Well, ya that would be great so I can use the item I spent $150 on! I'm not sure if the customer service was AI generated, but it was really bizarre and apathetic language. You would think they would rush ship the parts since this was their error and the item is unusable at this point. No. They sent a tracking number for the parts, as of now (one week later) there is still not an estimated delivery date or tracking updates- only that the "label was created." A company of this high caliber should consider examining their customer service team.
