Low quality product, poor customer service
I am so disappointed I ordered this kitchen when there are so many aesthetically pleasing options on the market. The kitchen arrived without an instruction manual for assembly (and none are found online) and had scratches on the stove eye. We have had the kitchen a month and the paint is chipping and the wood on the oven door is cracking. When the oven door opens is hits the corner of the kitchen and causes the wood to crack. I emailed Gathre and was told I could only receive a small discount because I used a welcome coupon when purchasing the kitchen, but I did not apply the coupon for a damaged product. I was told to receive a replacement I would have to dissemble, box up and and return the kitchen, which is so much work for a family who just wanted to order a play kitchen that wasn't broken! Poor product, poor customer service.
Stunning Aesthetic
This kitchen is stunning but let’s be honest…all Gathre products are! My little one loves the sound feedback when turning the knobs. My only complaint is that it arrived with a few imperfections (that showed when assembled) and the oven handle wouldn’t screw in all the way. I was able to use some of my own, shorter screws to make this work. Sadly, the Gathre team was only able to offer me a 20% refund or asked me to dissemble to return to receive a new one. The kitchen took me an hour to assemble! As busy mamas that’s not really an option nor priority for us is it? Decent product. Disappointing customer service.
