Q: WHAT IS THE DISCOUNT, AND WHAT CODE DO I USE TO CHECK OUT?

Q: HOW DO I REDEEM THE DAILY BONUS DISCOUNT?
A: Daily bonus discount products will be marked down to equate to the listed savings once the 25% off code is applied - no additional code needed!
Q: ARE ANY PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE PROMOTION?
A: No exclusions - 25% off applies to all products! Please note however that, as always, promotions cannot be applied to gift cards or stacked on top of bundles.
Q: CAN I COMBINE BLACK FRIDAY SALE DISCOUNT CODES WITH OTHER PROMOTION CODES?
A: Discount codes cannot be stacked - only one code per order! This includes discount codes redeemed through our Loyalty program. Please note that the Black Friday discount code is automatically applied at checkout. If a different discount code is applied, it will not stack but will instead replace the Black Friday code. To redeem the Black Friday code again once removed, it will need to be entered manually.
Q: WILL YOU BE DOING PRICE MATCHING?
A: Price matching will not be allowed during the Black Friday Sale, and we do not offer price matching or price adjustments to orders placed before or after the sale.
Q: WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING?
A: All inventory will be live by 11/3. Products will not be restocking, but select products may be re-listed for preorder upon selling out.
SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Q: WHAT IS THE RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
A: All Black Friday Sales are final sale and cannot be returned. Orders may be cancelled until they ship. Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com with subject line "ORDER CANCELLATION" and include your order #. We'll do our best to process cancellation requests promptly, however due to high volume, please understand it is possible that a cancellation request may not be processed before the order ships. We'll not be able to make changes once an item has shipped.
Q: CAN I EDIT MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
A: We cannot edit your order once it has been placed.
Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY BLACK FRIDAY SALE ORDER TO SHIP?
A: Black Friday Sale orders will ship in the order in which they were placed. Please allow 7 total days from the order date for your order to ship. Products that are preorder will be shipped within the preorder window indicated.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER AN IN STOCK PRODUCT AS WELL AS A PRE-ORDER PRODUCT?
A: Orders will be fulfilled as inventory is available. If an order contains products that are in stock as well as products that are preorder, that order will be split-shipped.
Q: CAN I SHIP ONE ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
A: Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.
Q: CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ORDERS?
A: We cannot combine shipping on multiple orders.
Q: CAN I SELECT LOCAL PICKUP AS THE SHIPPING OPTION DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
A: Yes, Local Pickup will be available for Black Friday Sale orders. However, please note that Black Friday Local Pickup orders will be available for pickup 2 weeks from the date the order was placed.
Q: IS FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
A: Yes, for domestic (US) orders over $175, with certain exclusions. To qualify for free shipping, your subtotal (total amount after discounts and not including excluded products*) must be over $175. Excluded products that do not qualify for free shipping are: block playsets, balance beams, home mats, caddies, padded mats, poufs, floor cushions, bins, shape pillows, tumbling mats, loungers, pinboards, cubes, pedestals, quilted mats, or arc playsets. All excluded products have this noted on their individual product listings for easy reference.
Q: ARE THERE ANY PERKS FOR LOYALTY MEMBERS?
A: Yes! Gold members* will receive double points during the first Early Access day of the Black Friday Sale (11/3 until 11:59pm MT).
