Are any products excluded?
No exclusions! This code applies sitewide. Please note that Bundles and Gift Cards will be unavailable during the Mother's Day Sale, and are therefore not included in the promotion.
Can I combine the Mother's Day Sale discount code with other promotion codes?
Discount codes cannot be stacked - only one code per order! This includes discount codes redeemed through our Loyalty program.
Will you be doing price matching?
Price matching will not be allowed during the Mother's Day Sale, and we do not offer price matching or price adjustments to orders placed before or after the sale.
Will you be restocking?
All inventory will be live by 4/25. Products will not be restocking, but select products may be re-listed for pre-order upon selling out.
SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS
What is the return and cancellation policy for the Mother's Day Sale?
All Mother's Day Sale purchases are final sale and cannot be returned. Orders may be cancelled until they ship. Please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line "ORDER CANCELLATION" and include your order #. We'll do our best to process cancellation requests promptly, however due to high volume, please understand it is possible that a cancellation request may not be processed before the order ships. We'll not be able to make changes once an item has shipped.
Can I return a product if I didn't use the Mother's Day Sale code?
Yes, returns will only be accepted for products that the Mother's Day Sale promotions were not applied to.
Can I edit my order once it has been placed?
We cannot edit your order once it has been placed.
When can I expect my Mother's Day Sale order to ship?
Mother's Day Sale orders will process and ship from our warehouse within 5 business days (unless listed as pre-order), and will ship in the order in which they were placed. Once processed, orders will ship per the timeframe selected at checkout. Gathre is not responsible for carrier delays. Products that are pre-order will be shipped within the pre-order window indicated.
What happens if I order an in stock product as well as a pre-order product?
Orders will be fulfilled as inventory is available. If an order contains products that are in stock as well as products that are pre-order, that order will be split-shipped.
Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?
Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.
Can I combine shipping on multiple orders?
We cannot combine shipping on multiple orders.
Can I select Local Pickup as the shipping option during the Mother's Day Sale?
Yes, Local Pickup will be available for Mother's Day Sale orders. However, please allow 2 weeks for Local Pickup orders to process. If you would like to receive your order in time for Mother’s Day, we would recommend selecting regular shipping as processing times will be faster.
