The most common issue with these items is print transferring errors. In some cases however defects may include, but is not limited issues like: hanging tab missing, box missing, logo in the wrong corner, samples, seconds, slightly used mats, size variation and variation in colors including variation in the back of mat colors.
-We cannot personally select a defect item in a certain condition for you upon your request.
-Promo code cannot be used on anything other than warehouse/defect items, or combined with other offers.
-While items are in your cart they are not reserved and may sell out.
