-On average orders arrive in 2-3 business days after leaving our warehouse. Orders are shipped from Utah, so if you are more than 1,000 miles away from Utah your order will most likely take 3-5 business days. 

-We accept unused returns in their original packaging within 60 days.

-Floor cushions do not qualify for free shipping. Floor cushions cannot be shipped internationally. In the case that the floor cushion needs to be returned all return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer due to the oversized nature of the product.

Unlike our vegan leather materials, which are wipeable and water-impermeable, this bag requires more gentle care.

If spot cleaning is necessary, a wrung-out wet rag may be used, but always use a light-colored cloth and test on a small area first. Should your bag get wet, let it dry naturally. When possible, store bag in a cool, dry environment.

To protect against stains (especially for lighter colors) we recommend using a commercial grade treatment prior to use. It is important to note, however, that no product will provide 100% protection, nor is it supposed to. The beauty of genuine leather is the unique character each piece possesses, whether inherent or through use.
